SWC | HISTORY
Smule World Championship is a singing contest on Sing! Smule created by the Smule Community Latin Voices and organized once a year by their own Staff ans is the Main Event of the Smule Community Latin Voices. SWC brings together teams of 10 or 12 participants whose main goals are to demonstrate the singing talent of their teams and to show the world why they are the best team.
Unique Format
Since 2016 we have created a unique format of “Group Stage & Play Offs” in Smule competition. The first month is for the first part of competition (Group Stage) and in the second month is for the second part of competition (Play Offs). We are the first competition in create a parallel event with two versions (SWC English Version & SWC Spanish Version). With this method we can facilitate the comfort of the participant to choose the best option to register his/her team.
Goals
Since we have started with this project, SWC aims to highlight the talent of each participant of each team in the aspect of singing, demonstrating their skills in each genre or musical category that is requested in each season. At the same time, SWC seeks to develop in each participants virtues such as companionship, teamwork and constant support among them throughout the competition.
SWC has a commitment between the organizers, Staff, Judges and participants in create a friendly environment and share our love of music singing together. We, and the judges of the competition are proud to be able to develop the improvement of the singing in each participant giving them recommendations or advices.
A Fair and Verified Contest
Smule World Championship is an event recognized by Smule in the presentations on the Blog Smule about the Absolute Champions of each season. We are currently working to gain more prominence.
This year, SWC 2018 will be developed between July and August.
